I grew up in Brooklyn, raised by my grandmother. Before I started Shield & Sword, I was one of the top ACA and Medicare producers at the agency where I learned this business.
What I learned there: enrolling is the easy part. The hard part comes later, with a denied claim, a billing mistake, or a tax form nobody explained. Most people have no one to call when that happens.
I built Shield & Sword so every client gets two things: the right protection, and someone in their corner after they enroll. I’m a father first, and I treat every household I work with the way I’d want mine treated.
